Tyler is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive background in underwriting and commercial real estate from his time at Washing Mutual, BBVA Compass, and Indio Management where he previously managed 24 multi-family assets in their portfolio exceeding $300m.

He is also the principle of Andracity, LLC where he invests in and underwrites unique investment opportunities in the Dallas-Forth Worth and Austin Metroplexes. Recent projects include:

Austin

Del Curto Project – Managing Member 2021 - 2022 Exit

We sourced a 1970s apartment complex in Austin and developed the investment strategy for a value-add redevelopment. Investment capital was raised through a network of high-net-worth individuals in Texas, Montana, and California. Recapitalized, fully renovated the complex, and sold property in July 2022 resulting in a gross realized return to investors of 2.03x and 143% IRR over a 10-month hold period.

Dallas

Pat Wines, LLC (DBA Pied a Terre) – Advisor 2023 - Current

We sourced and negotiated the terms of a private debt placement providing growth capital to a winery based in Sonoma, CA. Increased overall production by 20% and enhance purchasing power. This resulted in a 37% reduction in the company’s cost of grapes. Private debt placement realized 10% return to investors over a 12-month period.

Village Baking Company, LLC – Investor 2018 - Current

We sourced $2.6MM restructuring capital for a French artisan bakery with tax problems, but was otherwise operating well. Expansion capital created significant increase in operating margins. Eliminated 25+ unprofitable SKUs by analyzing all wholesale and retail products. Optimized wholesale delivery platform: instituted a minimum order size, a delivery fee, and a reduction in delivery days for smaller clients and reducing overall operating expenses.
