How much can you lend?
We can lend from $1-10m in partnership with our friends at VerCo Lending contingent on the type and size of asset you are looking to purchase or bridge.
Where are you actively lending?
We are actively lending to real estate projects in Texas. With our lending partners, we can support loans in AK, AR, CT, DE, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI,MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, WA, WV, WI, WY.
What interest rate can I expect to pay?
Collateralized, short-term loans are higher risk and therefore have higher interest rates than your standard mortgage or multi-year loan. Rates typically run from 12-18% when factoring in all fees to service the loan to maturity.
Do you require credit checks?
We require 50% or more of the asset value to be assigned in the lien until the loan is paid off. By underwriting our risk with asset ownership, we do not require credit checks in most cases and can approve loans faster thank banks when time is money.
